Entries will only be accepted on signed, standard HRCAV Team Entry Form accompanied by an A4 stamped self-addressed envelope for return of times.

Terms & Conditions:

This event is open to members of clubs affiliated with the HRCAV and will conducted under HRCAV rules and regulations.

Team entries must be accompanied by a copy of the TTT Qualification Log and/or a copy of the relevant performance card for each Team member, showing proof that qualifying requirements have been satisfied. Entries not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. Combinations currently assessed at the highest level for the discipline are exempt from the qualifying requirement.

If balloting of teams is required it will be done as per HRCAV TTT Balloting Rules.

All riders must present valid Membership, Dressage and Horse Trials cards prior to competing. Failure to do so will mean you ride HC.

All riders must present for Gear Check 20 minutes prior to each phase.

Competitors must supply their own bridle/saddleblanket numbers for dressage & showjumping only.

No late entries will be accepted.

Approved helmets and boots must be worn at all times whilst mounted.

There will be no refunds after the closing date unless accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate to be received by the Event Secretary no later than 9^th June 2009.

Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting the interim results and must be accompanied by a $20 deposit.

Disputes regarding Team placings must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $20.

The Ground Jury's decision is final. No secondary protests can be entered.

Nepean Equestrian Club, Victorian Appaloosa Sport Horse Club, Wandin Park Riding Club for Adults and Wandin Park management do not accept liability for accidents, damage, injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property.

Random swabbing may occur.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel any Class or Competition; to divide any Class; to alter the advertised times; to refuse entry with or without stating a reason.

Competitors must ride at their assessed level.

Equaliser penalty system will be used.

Cross Country Course will be open for walking from 3pm Friday 29^th May 2009.
